Such a really great Mother's Day gift!

I have a lot of fermenting products from Cooking God's Way... including fermenting lids and weights. I really wanted this book and had been waiting to get it. Much to my surprise my sweetie gave it to me for Mother's Day. I was so ecstatic! So far I've tried a few of the recipes and they have been good. I am exciting the make some of the fermented beverages though.

A friend gave this book to me along with some fermenting jars. He is totally into eating healthy and said fermented vegetables are awesome. I had tasted some fermented vegetables that he made and I did think they were pretty good. So I started reading up on the health aspects of them. I am excited to use the jars to ferment some vegetables following the info in this book, which looks very nice by the way.
